Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the mobile applications published by Galuxi Outlet SLU, a company registered in Spain. By downloading or using one of our apps, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

01 Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our apps, except where the law expressly allows it.

02 Subscriptions and purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or a one-off purchase. All payments are handled by Apple through your App Store account, and prices are shown in the app before you confirm.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If a free trial is offered and you subscribe before it ends, the unused part of the trial is forfeited. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy; we cannot issue them directly, but we will help you where we can. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union.

03 Acceptable use

You agree not to use our apps to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or that sexualises minors. We may suspend access if you do.

04 AI-generated content

Some apps include features powered by third-party AI models. Their output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. It is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and you should check anything important before relying on it.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to use it. Between you and us, you keep whatever rights you hold in what you submit and in the output produced from it, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider.

05 Advertising

Some apps are supported by advertising. Ads are supplied by third-party networks and we do not control or endorse the products they promote. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are between you and them.

06 Intellectual property

The apps, their design, source code, trade marks and content belong to Galuxi Outlet SLU or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

07 Availability and changes

We may add, modify or discontinue features, and we may stop supporting an app entirely. Where a change materially reduces what a paid subscription offers, we will let you know in advance so you can cancel.

08 Liability

Our apps are provided as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of profit arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Spanish or European Union consumer law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

09 Termination

You can stop using an app at any time by deleting it. We may end this licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections on intellectual property and liability survive termination.

10 Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence and you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country. If you are not a consumer, the courts of Tarragona, Spain have exclusive jurisdiction.

Consumers in the European Union can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
